We are a team with years of experience working with people in crisis, and Compulsive Hoarding Disorder. A group of people who have worked in excess of 30 years providing  decluttering and cleaning Services to Housing Associations, focusing on providing our services as efficiently and cost effectively as possible, getting the job done right first time and on time. We have a proven track record with Broadland Housing Group and  other Housing Providers, Social Services, Councils and Local Authorities that are committed to Tenants and People in their care going far above their legal obligations where possible.  We  work in Partnership with Councils, Social Services and Housing providers to fulfil a clear need and build a network of aftercare support working together in harmony.

We focus on problems in our community that are currently left partially unaddressed due to restricted financial and time resources that Landlords and Local Authorities have and have set up this Community Interest Company, that can invest its profits from works, donations of time, services and money to subsidise the costs of implementing a relapse prevention program working with People in crisis and their families, benefitting the person as well as Social Housing Landlords and relevant Local Authorities.

As a core group of individuals, we  know that  having identified a problem within society, that as an ordinary profit orientated company we are unable to help. We have developed Moving Forward Norfolk CIC so that we can.

Where we are different to most, if not all other CIC companies that provide clearing and cleaning services, is that we focus heavily on maintaining progress made and empower the Service User to gain maximum opportunity to continue their healing journey. With better mental health and less possibility in the future of Eviction, risk of bad health, accidents in the home, death by fire or even suicide.
